Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

I adore summer grilling! Partially to keep the heat out of the kitchen, but mostly because I love the flavor of anything grilled. Especially steak! My favorite to throw on the grill is flank steak because it is leaner than many other steaks.
