A Tabler Thanksgiving Tablescape | Tabler Party of Two

Thanksgiving Tablescape Inspiration!

Yesterday was a beautiful Thanksgiving Day in Palm Desert! Our first at the new Casa Tabler. The temperature was in the low 80s but cooled to the 70s by our serving time, so we enjoyed an outdoor Thanksgiving feast! And thanks to this checklist, I was able to plan in advance, organize, and make sure the day was stress free!
My white and gold Thanksgiving Tablescape!

I love making a beautiful Thanksgiving tablescape. I pulled out the Thankful Thanksgiving tablecloths that we started writing thanks on back in 1998. The tablecloths were lovely with the gold charges, white plates and gold-rimmed crystal that was my grandmother’s.

This white and gold Thanksgiving tablescape included chalkboard place cards on pumpkins and DIY burlap napkin rings.

My daughter-in-law, Shandi, and I made place cards using black card stock, a chalk marker, twine and little white pumpkins.

We also made the mismatched napkin rings (learn how here) for the gold polka dot napkins using burlap ribbon, buttons, metal tags (from the jewelry aisle at Michaels), pearls and burlap flowers (also from Michaels).

The centerpiece consisted of lilies and tulips in mason jars decorated with burlap and buttons as well as similar mason jars with votives resting on dried beans. Pinecones added a finishing fall touch.

My great-grandmother’s silver flatware looked so pretty!

Love pulling out all the "good stuff" I've inherited from family for special holidays!

Such a pretty table! I got that flatware straightened out before dinner. ๐Ÿ™‚

Best of all was gathering around it to eat a really yummy meal with people we love!
