Party-Pleasing New Year’s Eve Signature Cocktail

Introducing the Pomegranate Gin Cocktail. I served it at a Christmas Party last week, and everyone loved it!  This libation is so pretty and festive for holiday parties.

It’s a very special gin called Hendrick’s Gin, and it is so smooth and full of what seems like dozens of flavors (like cucumber, rose petals, lavender, elderflower, orange peel, chamomile and more!) I’m not a gin drinker, but Hendrick’s is a different animal.

New Year's Eve Signature CocktailOther flavors in this delightfully delicious cocktail are lime, mint and cranberry pomegranate juice. The garnish really makes this drink pop! Yum… juicy pomegranate seeds and a lime wheel!

For an added cute and yummy factor, serve with cute straw and also add a sugared cranberry to the garnish!

At this party, the signature cocktail was such a hit that we ran out of gin. Vodka worked as a happy substitute!
