White Bean Chicken Chili… one of my family’s favorite recipes! I’m so excited it’s fall! With the new season comes one-pot meals that are super yummy, healthy, and easy to make. One of my all-time favorites is White Bean Chicken Chili. Great northern beans, chicken, tomatillo salsa, fire-roasted tomatoes, chilis, chicken sausage and more all combine for a deliciously flavorful weeknight meal.
