Power Tools for Bloggers and Crafters Plus Summer Printables!

I have found the solution to one of the biggest blogger and crafter dilemmas! Yes, your constant quest for creative graphics can now end when you combine GraphicStock and Picmonkey, the go-to powertools for bloggers and crafters!

Power Tools for Bloggers and Crafters PLUS FREE PRINTABLES!

GraphicStock offers an affordable treasure trove of awesome images, while Picmonkey provides the tools you need to personalize and enhance your images to make them your own. In no time at all you’ll be able to illustrate your posts, create infographics, upload beautiful images to social media, and design printables for every season or holiday. Now is the perfect time to experiment with these tools. GraphicStock is offering a seven-day free trial where you can explore its library of over 250,000 images for free, and Picmonkey is also available at no cost!

In this post, I will share with you how these two tools are the only solution you need in order to consistently create graphics that are perfect for your blog or crafty DIY projects. Let’s start with a simple summer printable.

Summer Printable... love the cheerful colors!

First, I logged into GraphicStock and entered “summer” in the search box. This beautiful watercolor image was one of the first to pop up, and I downloaded it in seconds. Next, I opened Picmonkey, clicked “edit” and pulled up my graphic. I wanted my finished product to be 8 X 10, so I cropped the image to 2,400 X 3,000 pixels. (I love the simplicity of Picmonkey… no need for Photoshop on a daily basis anymore!) Next, I decided on the wording for my summer printable: “Hello Summer, Life Is Good!” Picmonkey’s type option is easy to use. Here’s how it turned out!

To fit the graphic correctly in this post, I reduced the pixel size. If you would like this printable, you can download it at full size here.

I also created these cute cupcake toppers for a summer party! You can download them here.

Super cute Cupcake Toppers!

I love how easy it was to make these two printables starting with GraphicStock. Their images are also great for weddings, scrapbooking, invitations, cards, t-shirt designs, and many other craft ideas. What would you enjoy making with them?
