This Holiday Antipasto Wreath Is the Perfect Holiday Party Appetizer
I’m the biggest olive fan you’ll ever meet. (Ask anyone who knows me!) In fact, I received the cutest belated birthday present EVER just a couple of days ago from my cute daughter in law Shandi. She knows me well. 🙂
I love it! What Shandi did NOT know is that Mezzetta had asked me to create a holiday recipe with Mezzetta Olives. And of course I jumped at the chance to share my love of olives with YOU!
My first creation is my “Olive You” Holiday Antipasto Wreath. On Saturday, we celebrated an early Thanksgiving with both our boys and their precious wives. Everyone LOVED this antipasto wreath!
Don’t you just love an appetizer that looks creative and festive but takes only minutes to put together? I simply arranged rosemary branches into the shape of a wreath and “decorated” my wreath with delicious Mezzetta Bistro Blend Olives, two kinds of cheese, salami, and crackers. And voila… an easy, yummy appetizer was ready to serve at our holiday celebration!
