Oh-So-Delicious Maraschino Cherry White Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are seriously good! I love the combination of the white chocolate and the cherries. Plus, they’re pretty and festive for the holidays!

One thing I always love about fall weekends is that they seem to be less hectic and busy than those of summer. I love nothing more than baking and relaxing with a good book. Last weekend I baked up these tasty cookies and enjoyed reading on my new NOOK GlowLight Plus.

I’m so excited to have an eReader that is perfect for both low light and bright sunshine. Plus it’s waterproof. So now I can enjoy reading with this nifty device whether I’m by the pool, at the beach, or even in the tub. And there are many more reasons why I love the features of my Nook. It’s lightweight and thin, making it easy to hold in the palm of my hand. The words literally pop off the screen. Because of its size, it easily fits in my purse.I also love that I can read without the distractions of apps, ads and social media because this device has only one purpose.

Maraschino Cherry White Chocolate Cookies are delightfully tasty!

Now you know where you’ll find me this winter. I’ll be curled up by my fireplace reading a good book on my NOOK and nibbling on the best cookies ever! I had never had cherry cookies, and when I saw this recipe on Averie Cooks, I was inspired to try a version of it myself. Here’s how I made them…
